FOXO4-DRI is a next-generation senolytic research peptide designed to selectively target and remove senescent cells, often referred to as "zombie cells." These aged or damaged cells no longer function normally but remain metabolically active, releasing inflammatory compounds that may contribute to cellular ageing and tissue dysfunction. Research suggests that the accumulation of senescent cells is associated with age-related decline across multiple biological systems.
